Discussion about the Library's Humanistic Management

This paper analyzes the defects of traditional management mode of library, introduces the conception of humanistic management, puts forward the ideas of practicing humanistic management in the library from aspects of constructing the harmonious work environment,bringing into play the human resource superiority,introducing competitive mechanism,setting up excitation mechanism,perfecting the mechanism of talent training, etc.
