A comparison of two methods of nerve block with nerve stimulation of acupuncture anesthesia apparatus versus paresthesia point injection for brachial plxus block

Abstract

Objective To compare two methods of nerve block with nerve stimulation of acupuncture anaesthesia apparatus versus paresthesia point injection for brachial plxus block in the spaces of work time and achievement ratio and complication.Methods With the neurostimulation localization method(PNS)and paresthesia method(PAR)to do the brachial plxus block.Inject the composition 20 ml of dolicaine 1.5% and bupivacaine 0.25% to do and to observe and record the running time,working time and operating time.Results The team of PNS is shorter than the team of PAR in any indicatrix we observed.The effect of PNS is better than PAR(P0.05).Conclusions The method of PNS is better then PAN in achievement ratio,effective of anaesthesia.The advantage of technique of PNS is patency.The method of PNS is value to spread.
