Abstract
This paper establishes a HPLC method for determination of baicalin, and studies the various factors affecting the baicalin in ultrasonic extraction, and an orthogonal experiment is designed to optimize the ultrasonic extraction process.Ultrasonic extraction of baicalin best level is 1∶22,60%,30min,300W,baicalin yield reached 6.67%. The obtaintion of baicalin under the condition of the process is stable and efficient. The results show that the ultrasonic extraction method is simple, fast, high extraction efficiency, low energy consumption, significantly better than traditional extraction method, and has a broad application prospect.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
