Abstract
Bacteria with obvious oil degradation ability were separated from oil polluted soil and domesticated.The biodegradation of petroleum in several conditions was studied,including the different time,concentrations of petroleum,incubation amounts,pH value,garniture and so on.The results showed that under the test conditions,the more doses were added,the more efficient degradation rate was.The higher concentration of oil would inhibit microbial biological activity.While the pH value was 7,the degrading bacteria strain had the best oil degradation rate;Adding a certainty dose of sucrose and glucose had activation effect on the oil degradation rate.Twin80 had inhibitory effects on oil degradation.
