Abstract
Using finite element analysis method,on the basis of static analysis, with the volume of each gear as objection function and the stress allowed by the structural dimension of gears and the design as constraint condition,an optimal mathematic model is established.ANSYS parametric design language is used to combine finite element analysis with optimum design organically and an optimum design program intended for complex structures is made, realizing automatic optimum design process.
