Abstract
Using finite element analysis method, based on static analysis, with the volume of a reducer casing as the object function and the structural dimension and design allowable stress as constraint conditions,a optimal mathematic model of the casing is established.Using APDL,ANSYS parameter design language, finite element analysis is combined with optimum design organically to compile optimal design program used for complex structures and to realize automatic optimal design.
