Abstract
This year is the eightieth anniversary of the great join of Zhu-Mao Red Army in Jinggangshan.Reviewing this historical event,we may ask ourselves some questions. One of the questions is why they met in Jinggangshan. The author thinks that this is not occasional, but historically inevitable. The situation of Chinese revolution that the army was stronger while our revolutionary force was weaker makes it inevitable that the Red Armies led by Zhu De and Mao Zedong met in the remote countryside;the consistency in Zhu De and Mao Zedong founding the people'army becomes the intrinsic inevitability deciding the join in Jinggangshan;and the failure of Southern Hunan Uprising provides a historical opportunity for the Red Armies to join each other in Jinggangshan.
