Based on the construction project background of Yamen Bridge, a prestressed concrete cable stayed bridge with double towers and single cable plane, the general questions that should be paid attention to in the design of cable stayed bridges are emphatically introduced, meanwhile expounding on the characteristics of Yamen Bridge.
