Abstract

The pot experiment was used to study effects of different Zn2+ concentration on physiological and biochemical indexes of rape grafting seedlings with 3-year age.The results showed that the optimum Zn2+ concentration for treating grape grafting seedlings was 220~450mg/L,high Zn2+ concentration affected chlorophyll synthesis of grape grafting seedlings, there was no significant difference in content of total chlorophyll, chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b between grape grafting seedlings treated with 220~450mg/L Zn2+ concentration and CK.The root vigor of grape grafting seedlings treated with Zn2+ solution presented a trend of first rise and later descent and the MDA content presented a first low and later high trend with increment of Zn2+ concentration. The root vigor of grape grafting seedlings treated with 220~450mg/L Zn2+ concentration significantly higher than other treatments and the MDA content was lower than CK.The MDA content of grape grafting seedlings treated with less than 220mg/L or more than 450 mg/L increased and its POD and PPO activity reduced significantly, which was harmful to seedling growth.
