Abstract
The 'Beta' grafted 'Red Globe' grape seedlings were treated by NaCl or Na2CO3(0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%).The growth and physiological indexes in the seedlings were measured after they were treated for 10 d.The results showed that the shoots relative growth of the seedlings were significantly restricted with increasing of the NaCl and Na2CO3 concentration,the relative electric conductivity,the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) and free proline increased,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD) first increased and then decreased,the activity of catelase(CAT) decreased in leaves.The damage degree of same concentration of NaCl treatment to leaves of the seedlings was greater than that of Na2CO3 treatment.
