Injustices have been occurring at all times and in all over the world. In recent years, the successive occurrence of several major unjust or misjudged cases in China have attracted broad attention in the society. The causes of injustices are complicated, relating to the logical factors such as weak logical awareness, violating logical laws or rules, insufficient logical argumentation, etc. Therefore, the judicial personnel need to improve necessary logical qualities, apply logical awareness and logical thinking to law enforcement, and try to effectively prevent the occurrence of justices.
