FDI location in central and western China——Analysis based on Anhui province

More and more literatures on the determinations of FDI location in China have emerged recently, but most of them study the whole nation or developed eastern area rather than the central and western area. Setting Anhui province which lies in central China as an example, this paper applies systematic data and economitrical model to analyze the determination factors of FDI location and points out that FDI location in Anhui mainly depends on cost factors and concentration factors, and therefore provides suggestions on attracting FDI.
