Abstract
In the development of Harbin urban management information system, we constructed full-functioned Geodatabase. This system involves great deal of city management component spatial data, plus the large amount of user, and varieties of operation requirements. To guarantee the integrity and security of urban geography data, we applied multi-user management based on ArcSDE, and designed implemented the mechanism of secure database accessment.
