Abstract

The new tendency of teaching affairs management toward informationization and modernization brings about higher requirements for teaching affairs management.Normal colleges and universities need a teaching affairs management team with high comprehensive quality.To correctly realize the role of teaching affairs secretaries and well develop comprehensive quality of them is of great significance to teaching affairs management of normal colleges and universities.
