Abstract

Objective To investigate the expression of Cyclin A,Cyclin D1 and PCNA in lung cancer and to determine its clinical significance. Methods 94 cases of lung cancer and 10 cases of normal lung tissues(control group)were observed by immunohistochemical SP method for the expression of Cyclin A,Cyclin D1 and PCNA.Results Of the 94 lung cancer cases, the positive expression rate of Cyclin A,Cyclin D1 and PCNA protein was 84.0%,63.8% and 68.1% respectively;Stages of lung cancer had a significant correlation with expression of Cyclin A and PCNA proteins(P0.05).The mRNA expression of Cyclin A,Cyclin D1 have highly significant raise comparison with control group in samll cell cancer and squamous carcinoma(P0.01);the mRNA expression of Cyclin A,Cyclin D1 have obviously enhancement facilitation comparison with control group in adenous cnacer(P0.05).Conclusion The expression of Cyclin A and PCNA proteins have highly significant raise in lung cancer, the over-expression of Cyclin A and PCNA proteins is related to the Stages and the poor prognosis of lung cancer patients.
