Abstract
Objective:To explore the accuracy of MRI in the diagnosis of meniscus injuries and its instructional value for clinical management. Methods:MRI and arthroscopic imaging of 196 meniscus were retrospectively analyzed.According to the signal features of meniscus on MRI imaging, the meniscus injuries were classified into grade Ⅰto grade Ⅲ then the MRI features were compared with arthroscopic imaging respectively. Results:Depending on the exploration in arthroscopy, the accurate rate of diagnosis for grade Ⅰwas 86.96%(20/23),gradeⅡ 88.46%(46/52),grade Ⅲ 90.19%(110/121).The total accurate rate of MRI for diagnosis of meniscus injuries was 91.33%(179/196).Conclusion:Manifestations of MRI of meniscus injuries accord with that of arthroscopy MRI and arthroscopr are useful in the diagnosis of meniscus injuries.
