Abstract
Objective:To study the effect and change of blood TNF-αand IL-6 on Edaravone on acute cerebral hemorrhage, discuss the protective mechanism of Edaravone on cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:66 cases of cerebral hemorrhage in 72h were randomly divided into treatment group(35 cases)and control group(31 cases),TNF-α/IL-6 in blood were detcted by ELESA at pretherapy and after given treatment 10days.Neurological functional deficit scores were utilized for assessment before given treatment. On the 21th day after treatment, the patient was assessed again.and the efficacy was recorded. Results:After 10 days treatment, the level of TNF-α、IL-6 more transparently fall in treatment than that of control group, there were significant difference between the two groups(P0.01);On the 21th day after treatment, there were also significant differences between the two groups in terms of apparent effect rate(treated group:60%;control group:35%;χ0.052=3.96,P0.05).Conclusion:Edaravone can alleviate inflammation via cleaning free radical,so it can protect the tissue of brain and accelerate the recovery of neural function after cerebral hemorrhage demi-dark bank.
