Abstract

Objective To investigate the electrocardiogram and echocardiography in primary hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy diagnostic value. Methods A total of 200 cases of essential hypertension in patients with electrocardiogram and echocardiography were respectively analyzed during 2013.07-2014.12, and calculated its detection rate. According to results of echocardiography, essential hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy were chosed and called A group and possessed 101 cases. Essential hypertension without left ventricular hypertrophy were chosed and called B group and possessed 85 cases, and its statistical analysis was done. Results Detection rate of electrocardiogram was 46.2%(86/186). Detection rate of Echocardiography was 54.3%(101/186). Both detection rate, there was not a significant statistical difference(P0.05). For essential hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy used electrocardiogram, the voltage of QRS was most sensitive, ventricular activation time came second, sensibility of ST-T was worst. Conclusion Electrocardiogram and echocardiography were provided with a good diagnosis effect in essential hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy, and should be reasonable selection in combination with between, should discovered left ventricular hypertrophy in good time and accurately, to prevent and treat cardiovascular event means a great significance.
