The effect of time and location of infarction of thrombolysis in treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the effect of time and location of infarction of thrombolysis in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 198 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected in our hospital.All patients were treated with intra-arterial thrombolysis.The vascular recanalization rate and prognosis after 3 months of the start time,location of infarction and NIHSS at admission was observed.Results The successful recanalization rate of the start time of thrombolysis in patients with less than 6 hours and the start of thrombolytic time more than 6 hours were not different(P0.05).The circulation successful rate of anterior circulation embolism and posterior circulation embolism were 65.71% and 50.00%(P0.05).The successful recanalization rate of patients with neural function defect score≤ 20 and patients with neural function defect score20 were not different(P0.05).The prognosis of the patients with the beginning of thrombolytic time less than 6 hours and the patients with the beginning of thrombolytic time more than 6 hours were significantly different(P0.05).The good prognosis rate of anterior circulation embolism and posterior circulation embolism were 77.86%and 63.79%(P0.05).Conclusion The thrombolysis therapy of acute cerebral infarction is not according to the time window of 6 hours,only.The treatment according to location of infarction and pathogenetic condition can improve clinical effects further.
