Abstract
The paper discusses the significance of the project risk management,analyzes the main types and characteristics of the project risk management,studies the basic content of the project risk management,puts forward the effective way to strengthen the project risk management,to transfer and eliminate the risks,to reduce the risk loss,and to guarantee the successful construction of the project.
