Abstract

Risk identification method is introduced.Based upon analysis and assessment of risk,from four aspects: risk evasion,risk retaining,risk control and risk transfer strategies are discussion for risk management in order to well deal with the unfavorable impact caused by risk and ensure the realization of project objective.
