Experience of homochronous armillary shaping of waist-abdomen with external ultrasound assisted liposuction

【Objective】 To explore the effect and security of homochronous armillary shaping of waist-abdomen with external ultrasound assisted liposuction.【Methods】205 cases were treated with external ultrasound assisted liposuction using tumescent anesthesia,fat was homochronous armillary abstracted from epigast,bythus,waist and buttocks with during the operations.We recorded pure fat volumes and diversity of waistline and abdomen circumference.【Results】Seroma occurred in 2 cases,unevenness occurred in 1 case,others had remarkable minification in body circumference.Such as epigast reduced 3~5 cm,bythus reduced 6~15 cm,waist reduced 9~18 cm,buttocks reduced 2~3 cm.【Conclusion】Homochronous armillary shaping of waist-abdomen with external ultrasound assisted liposuction is safe and efficient.
