Experience of 369 cases with the liposuction surgery of waist and abdomen

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the waist and abdomen liposuction surgery.Methods:The lipo- suction mad by the American Kangyu company,and Beijing Yanshan fat attracting machine were used for the tumescent li- posuction with waist and abdomen.Results:369 patients were followed up for 6-20 months and lumbo-abdominal circumfer- ence was significantly reduced,lumbo-abdominal patterns are significantly improved.There were normal skin color,no pig- mentation and good skin elasticity.Conclusion:This method is simple,and the implementation of tumescent anesthesia sur- gery is safe and secure.Different parts and different levels are respectively applied for the different diameter liposuction tube,so that after liposuction,the skin is of normal color,no pigmentation,and good elasticity,which is a very ideal means of slimming or thokeratology.
