Achieving optimal quality cost is the central goal for controlling the enterprise quality cost. Quality management plays an important role in every aspect of production processes. This paper gives a detailed analysis on quality management process, the relationship among quality management, BOM, and BOP, and presents a new quality-cost measure system and designs the quality management model based on quality-cost optimization.
