Abstract
Starting from the significance of quality cost management,it explained the definition of quality cost,and put forward quality cost management methods in project management from the aspects of quality cost accounting,analysis and control,so as to improve the effectiveness of quality assurance system,to ensure the engineering quality,and to reduce the quality cost.
