Regional selection of foreign investment of Chinese forestry companies: the aspect of sustainable development

China has become a big country of forestry product production and trade,and has more demand for wood; while forest resource is scare in China,so the demand is mainly depended on importing. Under the global sustainable development background,the main wood supplying countries have taken actions to govern the logging in order to push forest sustainable management. In this situation these countries reduced export. Chinese forestry enterprises choose rich forest resource country to overseas invest,which can relieve the problem. Regarding sustainable development as watching field,based on the analysis of the present situation for Chinese forestry foreign investment,we studied the necessity of Chinese forestry foreign investment,the joint between sustainable development and Chinese foreign investment,using cluster analysis in SPSS to research the regional selection of foreign investment,finally the concrete conclusion were put forward.
