Abstract
Objective:To analyze the character, influence factors and clinical value of T lymphocyte subgroups in peripheral blood of patients with advanced malignant tumor. Methods:T lymphocyte subgroups in peripheral blood of 289 patients with advanced malignant tumor were detected by flow cytometry.Results:1)CD3 +T lymphocyte 59.07±14.28,CD4 +T lymphocyte 24.70±10.70,CD8 +T lymphocyte 33.45±12.72,CD4/CD8 0.89±0.56;2)The age and gender didn's influence the value of cluster of differentiation(P0.05)except CD3 which was influenced by gender of patients(P=0.003).Conclusion:The function of cellular immunity is abnormal in patients with advanced malignant tumor.
