Abstract
Objective:To investigate the changes of T lymphocyte subsets(CD4+,CD8+),B lymphocyte and NK cell changes in peripheral blood of patients with malignant tumors and its clinical significance. Methods:T,B,NK cell level in peripheral blood of 325 patients with tumor were detected using flow cytometry. Results:Compared with the control group, the percentage of CD3+T lymphocytes,CD4+ T lymphocyte,CD4+/CD8+ ratio and CDl6+ CD56+NK cell of patients with tumor were significantly lower(P O.05);While CD8+T lymphocyte percentage was higher(P 0.05);CDl9+B lymphocyte percentage had no significant difference. The difference were more significant in tumor group with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, ovarian carcinoma.Seventy-nine tumor patients were selected to join in hospital treatment. The results of lymphocyte subsets levels were significantly different before and after three-week treatment. Conclusion:The levels of T cell and NK cell were found abnormal in peripheral blood of tumor patients, the changes of lymphocyte subsets in cancer patients has certain clinical significance in assessment of therapeutic efficacy and prognosis has certain clinical significance.
