Abstract

As a high accurate surveying instrument, the chilled-mirror dew-point hygrometer is the general transfer standard for national humidity value and international comparison.Based on JJF1076-2001,the Calibration Specification of Humidity Sensors,we’ll analysis the uncertainty of the humidity sensors by using the chilled-mirror dew-point hygrometer as measurement standard.
