Abstract
According to JJF 1076-2001 Calibration Specification of Humidity Sensors,the humidity indication error measurement of temperature and humidity sensors(handheld HM70 of VAISALA) was researched.The standard devices include a secondary standard divided flow humidity generator,a chilled-mirror dew-point hygrometer,and a platinum resistance thermometer.The method of humidity measurement uncertainty evaluation was introduced.The expanded uncertainty of measured humidity was 1.2%RH ~1.7%RH(k=2) when the standard humidity was 10%RH~90%RH.
