On Approach to Expanding the New Social Stratum's Orderly Political Participation

Since reform and opening up,China's economy and society structure have been changing rapidly,and some new social strata emerged.With their economic position continuous increasing,new social strata have entered the country's political life gradually.Because the motive of their political participation is to pursue the economic benefits and their ways of entering political life are not smooth,their political participation presents utilitarian,illegal,irrational,etc.Therefore,it is urgent for us to explore new ways of their political participation and to guide them in participating political life in an orderly way.
