Abstract
The paper renewedly commented the definition of regionalresource advantage,impersonally evaluated the advantages and limiting factors of resource exploiting, and put out that the effective way of the translation from resource advantage into economic advantage in west China is to set up and develep the industries of national medicine and pharmaceuticals,pasture and animal husbandry,tourism and special industries with regional characteristics.
