On "Non-existence"

Abstract
As a universal philosophical concept,non-existence has its logical,factual and historical bases.Naturally,non-existence embodies and transforms existence.Discussing the problem of non-existence may contribute to having a scientific understanding of existence,stressing the universal law of the unity of opposites,promoting the transformation of non-existence into existence and encouraging creative activities.
