Abstract
On the basis of the analysis of present situation and existential problems of the cultivation of the innovative ability of college students,the author puts forward measures to construct rational courses system,to improve practical training procedures,to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,and to create a suitable environment for creativity culture,which will help the innovative ability of college students be cultivatied well.
