Abstract

The efficacies of seven commouly used fungicides in prduction( iprodione,difenoconazole,carbendazim,mencozeb,chlorothalonil,thiophanate-methyl and ployoxin B) against three causal agents of jujube fruit diseases,Alternaria alternata,Phoma destructiva and Fusicoccum aescul were compared in laboratory toxicity experiments using growth rate method to provide a medication guide for the prevention and control fungal diseases of jujube fruit. The results indicated that iprodione had significant inhibitory against colony growth of Alternaria alternata, and difenoconazole was followed. Carbendazim, iprodione and polyoxin B had significant inhibitory against colony growth of Phoma destructiva, polyoxin B was followed and the half lethal dose of it was 0. 01 μg /mL. Carbendazim,thiophanate-methyl and polyoxin B had significant inhibitory against colony growth of Fusicoccum aescul.
