Abstract
This paper reports the effects of different vase solutions on the vase life of cut Carnation(Master) by determining physiological targets of flowering wood fresh weight,the blossom grade of flower,chlorophyll content,activity of catalase and petal membrane permeability.The results indicate that the best prescription of extending vase life is Treatment C(4%S+0.1%Al_2SO_4+0.02%urea+0.02%KCl+0.02%NaCl) treatment
