Abstract

Since the application of Project Management System at the end of 2004, there are the coexistence of Project Management and Project Supervision in a project management system, and it will be exist in a long time according to the industry policy guidance. Combined with related regulations and several years' project management experiences, the paper analyzes the duty and right of them and gives some corresponding advices.
