Abstract
It introduces the main characteristics of the construction project quality supervision management in developed countries,based on the analysis of the existing problems in Chinese current construction project management,provides proposed the countermeasures of standardizing and development construction project management,so as to recognize the development direction of Chinese construction project,and enhance self competition.
