Abstract
Angelica Sinensis Polysaccharide was prepared with a method of boiling in water and precipitation in alcohol and gained, MW 5000, through Milliprore MW filter. The yield was 0.48% on raw material. It was qualitative determined and component analysed by paper chromatograph. Its component was Glucose, Galactase, Arabinose, Xylose, Glucose aldehyde acid and Galactase aldehyde acid. The result showed that Angelica Sinensis Polysaccharide had 36—44 inhibitory rate on S180 tumor of LACA mice, the index of tumor weight was 0.64 and had significant sustained effect after stopping administration ( P0.05).
