Abstract

Objective To analyze the antibiotic resistance of Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) and Mycoplasma hominis (MH) isolated from genitourinary tract in our hospital in 2012,and guide the reasonable use of antibiotics in clinic.Method The mycoplasma cultivation and drug susceptibility test were performed in 1 889 patients of genitourinary tract infection with culture and drug susceptibility of mycoplasma isolation identification kit. Results In the 1 889 cases of genitourinary tract infection, the positive rate of mycoplasma was 34.13%.The positive rate of UU,MH,and UU+MH were 33.88%,0.95%,and 3.02%,respectively.The drug resistant rates of UU to ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin and spectinomycin were 69.22%,73.68% and 17.81%,respectively.The drug resistant rates of MH to roxithromycin, azithromycin and clarithromycin were 84.21%,73.68% and 68.42%,respectively.The drug resistant rates of combination infection with UU and MH to roxithromycin, azithromycin and clarithromycin were 94.74%,91.23% and 89.47%,respectively.Conclusion The total drug resistance of genitourinary tract mycoplasma was serious, and it was suggested to culture mycoplasma and test the drug resistance for reasonable application of antibiotics.
