Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression and diagnostic value of tumor M2-PK in lung cancer.Methods:The tevel of tumor M2-PK in plasma was detected by ELISA in 68 lung cancer patients,42 lung benign lesion patients and 77 health controls.Results:TuM2-PK tevel in plasma and the positive rate were singificanfly higher in lung cancer(73.53%)than that in benign lung disease and in health controls(11.90%and 15.58%)(P0.01),TuM2-PK level was higher in lung cancer patients with lymph node metastasis(82.61%)than those without metastasis(P0.05).Conclusion:The measurement of TuM2-PK is of great clinical value for the diagnosis of lung cancer,and is helpful in the evaluation of lymph node metastasis.
