Abstract

The shortage of education resource caused by the transnormal development of higher education,and the absence of teaching quality assurance system,are reducing the education quality.To ensure the quality of popular education,we must set up a quality assurance system based on market and corresponding administration supervising system,and adopt credit system;we must encourage the extension development of university and improve teaching quality.
