Constructivism-The theory basis to reform college physical education

On the basis of introducing constructivism and teaching method, the author of this article has put forward a proposal in college physical education reform, i.e., to establish a student centered teaching process,which emphasizes that the students must probe into and constructs the sports skills and exercise theory on their own initiative.This article also suggests a systematic teaching mode. The author also seek advice from those of the same occupation and make joint efforts with them to probe into the orientation of college physical education reform.
