Abstract
In recent years, platinum antitumor drugs in clinical research have rapidly advanced, and they have broad spectrum anti-tumor activity that is progressively enhanced to reduce adverse reactions, which has become the important area of anticancer drug research and development. The new platinum anticancer drugs in clinical studies will be those that show low toxicity, broad spectrum anti-tumor, with no cross-resistance to existing drug compounds. The mechanism, foreign development status, sales and domestic research progress of platinum antitumor drugs are reviewed.
