The Financing Predicament of Private Enterprises and its Corresponding Countermeasurse

With the development of market economy, private economy has become the major force in China's national economy. However, because of all kinds of causes, It widely exists that it's difficult for private economy to finance, hence greatly restricts the development of private enterprises economy. This paper makes an analysis on the financing predicament of private enterprises first, then presents some relevant practical countermeasures.
