Abstract

This paper analyzes the financing issues in private enterprises in global economy,and discusses the influence of China′s incomplete market economy system on the financing of private enterprises.The author concludes that the interruption of the government affects seriously the financing of private enterprises,and causes the absence of financial support.Then the author puts forward some countermeasures to reform the present financial system.
