Abstract
Objective:To evaluate clinical efficacy of transcatheter arterial chemoembolazition sequentially combined radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of advanced primary lier cancer. Methods:Two hundred and thirty-seven cases with single advanced primary liver cancer(5-8cm)were divided into RFA group(n=69)and RFA combined with TACE group(n=168).The efficacy of the two groups through contrast-enhanced ultrasound were evaluated two weeks later. Results:According the imagement of contrast-enhanced ultrasound, the complete necrosis rate of tumor was 33%(23/69)in RFA,but it was 53%(91/169)in RFA combined with TACE group. Conclusion:Better therapeutic efficacy is expected by RFA combined with TACE in advanced primary liver cancer.
