Abstract
Enterprise Innovation is a complex system which consists of four sub-systems: technology innovation,system innovation,management innovation and market innovation.Among them,technology innovation is the core,system innovation is the foundation,market innovation is both the starting point and terminal,and management innovation is the platform.System analysis frame of management innovation mainly includes four parts: mechanism,content,main body and ability of management innovation.Effective management innovation activities are conducted under the comprehensive action of the above mentioned four parts.
