Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction:An Analysis of 75 Cases

Objective:To study the clinical value of self-made decoction in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods:The 150 cerebral infarction patients in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups,each of the 75 cases.Control group received treatment of TCM and western medicine,Treatment group plus the Naogengkang decoction,on the basis of the control group,14 days for a course.The total effective rate,neurological deficit score,blood rheology,life skills were compared before and after treatment. Results:The cure rate of observation group was 28% group,the total effective rate was 88%,and the cure rate of control group was 9.3%,the total rate was 68%.It had a significant difference P0.01.The total effective and recovery rates of observation group were higher than control group.Conclusion:Naogengkang Decoction can improve efficiency,accelerate neurological function recovery and improve the state of hemorheology in patients,improve patients quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application for the treatment of cerebral infarction.
