Abstract
A high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of methomyl,isocarbophos,2,4-D and buprofezin in vegetable was developed. The samples were extracted with acetone using ultrasound assisted extraction.Chromatographic separation was performed on a XDB-C18 column using 70% methanol+30% water as liquid phage. The results demonstrated that the linear ranges ranged from 50μg/L to 350μg/L and detection limits ranged from 0.0028μg/g to 0.02μg/g.The average recovery rate for four analytical pesticides ranged from 96.33% to 105.24% with relative standard deviation ranged from 2.13% to 4.82%.The method was simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for simultaneous determination of these pesticides in vegetables.
